Iliza Shlesinger

 Iliza Vie Schlesinger was born on February 22, 1983. She is an American actor and comedian. She was the 2008 winner on NBC's Last Comic Standing. She went on to host Separation Anxiety and the syndicated dating show Excused.

 Shlesinger was the host of Truth and Iliza the late-night talk program on Freeform in 2017. She has six Netflix comedy specials. Her sketch comedy show The Iliza Shlesinger Sketch Show premiered on Netflix in April 2020.

 Iliza Vie Schlesinger was a daughter of the Jewish family. She was brought up in Dallas, Texas by her parents who moved to Texas when she was a newborn. She attended Addison's Greenhill School, Texas. In the school she was studying Spanish and was also a part of the school’s improvisation team.

 Shlesinger performed on ComedySportz Dallas. She also studied at the University of Kansas her freshman year. She also took part in Semester at Sea. She went on to Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts in which she pursued a major in film and honed her editing and writing skills, and joined one of the campus' comedy sketch groups, Jimmy's Traveling All Stars.

 Shlesinger She graduated from college, relocated to Los Angeles in order to pursue stand-up comedy. She was one of the most popular members of the Whiteboy Comedy group of standup comedians in Los Angeles, which brought her on stage at The Improv in Hollywood.
