Luna Blaise and Kathie Lee Gifford
Luna Blaise, an American actress, is well known for the TV series Fresh Off the Boat. Acting was her lifelong passion. Her acting career as a model as a minor role. Later, she received offers for recurring roles on television shows. The work she has done includes appearances in various music videos. Her appearances have earned her the Young Artist Award in the Recurring Young Actress' (14 - 21) category. A few of the projects that she's been a involved in include the feature film Vicious Circle and the art-film Memoria and the tv show Fresh Off the Boat' and the music video for the song Sweatshirt'. Kathie Lee Gifford, along with Hoda KOTB was co-hosting the fourth TODAY hour since 2008 and until the 5th of April 2019. Entertainment Weekly dubbed the Gifford and Kotb show as "appointment television" as USA Today called it TODAY's Happy Hour. Gifford composed TODAY, the Musical which was performed by all participants and cast on the program. Each month Gifford wrote a new song to be played in the show's segment Everyone Has a Story. She was inducted to the Broadcast & Cable Hall of Fame, in 2015. Gifford was a co-host of Live with Regis & Kathie for fifteen years in which time she was nominated 11 times to win an Emmy. In addition, Gifford was the Good Morning America reporter for three years. Gifford is a playwright, director, actress, and singer-songwriter. She has appeared on numerous films and television shows during her long career of forty years. Her own record label is owned by her and she has written a number of musicals. Broadway's SCANDALOUS was one such example. The show received the Tony Award for Best Actress nomination in 2012. Gifford also starred on Broadway with her role in Putting it Together and Annie. The author also wrote her best-selling novel for children, Party Animals. The author recently recorded and co-wrote He Saw Jesus Jesus is His Name as well as Love Me to the End. In Monterey in California, she launched the GIFFT wines with Scheid Family Vineyards. Recently, she made her first directorial experience with the film short The God Who Sees, starring Nicole C. Mullen. The film's two wrote the music together. Gifford supports many children's charities which include Childhelp and the Association to Benefit Children. The two organizations were the inspiration behind Cassidy's Place & Cody House, named after her children. Marymount University awarded her honorary degrees for humanitarian work she performed in the field of labor relations.
